A lady named Jane owns the property known as 600 (formerly known as 602-604) Elsbeth, where Lee Harvey Oswald lived with his wife Marina in 1962-1963. She was in a six year battle with the City of Dallas to save the 1925 building on the property. The City tore down the building in 2013, big drama all over the news. The last history of the property is in the trees.

With the storm last week, the giant cedar fell down. This is where many of the tenants in the 60's, including Marina Oswald used to hang there laundry and the kids from the apartment complex played.

She is looking for someone to remove the cedar and hopefully use it for something meaningful. Wood World thought you could help. There is quite a bit of documented provenance to the property and the fallen tree. You can see some of the news stories at the property's facebook page under either "Oswald Building" or "600 (602-604) Elsbeth, Dallas, Texas".

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Kind Regards,

    Jane (last name redacted)
